Island Routes

Driver was scheduled to be at the resort at 6:50 am. We were not pick up until 7:10am. We arrived at our destination, lunch was scheduled for 2:00 pm at the last minute driver received a call advising food will not be ready until after 3:30pm we were informed we will need to continue until our next destination once we are done then we are able to go and eat. We finished doing all the activities for the day we were finally able to eat at 5:30 pm. We were supposed to be back at the resort at 4:00pm we did not arrive until 7:00pm. The food was really nasty, cold and small amount. Driver was nice. But he drive too fast. After all we had a good time

Please stop going to Margheritaville.....other than that the staff and boat was amazing!

Booked a round trip from montago bay to negril. Ride from montago bay was good and fine, however, when it was our departure day and time from negril to the airport on sunday 11:30am which was confirmed the after we arrived, no driver , no transportation and no one even answer the phone. This is horrible and unnecessary stress of not knowing what's going to happen and if your ride will on time to catch your flight back. Ended up calling another taxi just to make it to our flight and not waste waiting for the unknown with island route. Will never make this mistake again. Use amstar if u looking to book anything, excursions or transportation.
