When! How did it happen... I'm still in awe... I'm a proud owner of a motor car😌☺️🤗🤗🤗. Mrs Carol Barrett of the Lucea Branch was my Sales Representative. Working with her has made my first time buying a car a smooth and fun experience. She had a genuine interest in my needs and so she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing my first car. Mrs Barrett was friendly, upbeat and professional. She's highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their sales representative. Good service. Reliable institution. Be there very early or prepare to wait a while to complete your business. They always seems to have a lot of customers in office.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a financial institution. Not only 1 but multiple staffs are without proper training and customer services, from the customer service representatives to even worst, especially the security officers. Nobody ever has a warm welcome or open for a question or information. I thought this would have been the best institution to do all my savings and future loans/ mortgages but it’s the complete opposite. I closed all my saving plans and accounts with this place.
