You guys are really slow and on top of it no customer service. You don't know how to use your discretion when it comes on to you customers. I have an account since 2016 and the share account is inactive and to tell me your not going to activate the account without a reference is unacceptable when my golden egg account is activated and still working.

Went there and I received exceptional service from a member at the Montego Bay Branch. Her name is Trishauni Ohn. She is very polite and very helpful. I think she should get a promotion she works hard from seeing her in branch... Would recommend anyone to go and ask for Miss Ohn....

Believe more persons should look into joining COK their an awesome credit union.
