The view was nice and I was able to access great restaurants and a night club has allot of villas and bars and also hotels
Discovery Bay is rich with Jamaican history, economically relevant to our national financial success and is a part of one of two important corridors connecting with tourist and commercial interest.
It also provides employment for people of several surrounding communities ... as well as persons from other areas.
Nice clean little town. Roads were in good order. The town really seems to be all about the hotels, beaches and small villas on the side to sea.
Particularly the Discovery Bay Marine Lab is great and very educational. There are rooms to be booked if you want to dive or swim in the bay area usually for scientific purposes. Also the staff and the food is very nice.
Puerto Sico Beach in Discovery Bay has been very nicely renovated. However there has been no consideration for locals , they are treated as if they don't exist . They are ONLY got tourist.
