With covid and NO COFFEE in the room... the Staff totally made our stay worth coming back for. Ms Campbell was THE BEST! Kitchen staff that found the spinach for my omelet....THANK YOU!!! Front desk staff very professional. Ikiesha is the Best housekeeper. Missing u already. True fist bumps to all. We will be back!

Amazing and funny staff. No matter your walk of life you should find someone to relate to there. The food was okay. And the buffet style encourages you to get your grub on. There is a selection of different cultural places to eat. Poolside bar is one of the highlights. If you're the party type the dancefloor in the disco is where you go to be seen. Great place overall

A beautiful all inclusive resort with a wonderful staff that makes you feel like you are the only person on the resort. Accommodating and generous, The Riu is party as well as family destination, chock full of all sorts of activities and or relaxation. You are able to book excursions to heighten you trip. Wheelchair accessible, as well. Enjoy your stay!

First time in Jamaica. If you never went to the Dominican Republic you def dont know what a good hotel is. This hotel only had 4 restaurants, small beach, and one big pool. Things I did not like: - no room service - no late snacking - sports bar had frozen snacks/food you put in the microwave to eat if you are hungry because all restaurants are closed after 11PM [ I believe] - same food at restaurants and food was ok. [stayed 4 days] - room was okay. - if you are by the pool there is no service meaning if you want a drink....you go to the bar and get it. You can't eat by the pool either. - small hotel. What made the experience great was the staff and the Jamaican people were awesome. I am not sure if all Jamaican hotels are the same but if it was... I wouldnt go back. For the price I stayed at this hotel I can pay in DR with more options to do things,see more hotels within the same areas with no problem, more pools, and way more restaurants. Thanks Jamaica!
