Club Mobay VIP Airport Lounge / VIP Attractions

Do not pay for this service when departing Jamaica. It was horrible. No one escorted us thru any lines, or even to the lounge. We were left wandering around, alone, trying to find the lounge. When we got there, we ordered a salad and a ham sandwich. The sandwich came with a half of slice on ham, and one piece of cheese. No exaggeration. It was horrible. I have no ideas where all of their food pictures are coming from in their reviews, but it most definitely was not from here.

Best service we received in Jamaica was at this lounge. The workers have the upmost attention to detail. Like the other comments said, whoever is training the workers need to train other resort workers. The workers are very proactive. They also take Covid-19 protocols very serious. The lounge is super clean and properly sanitized.

We ate lunch and drank before we boarded our plane home to Toronto. We were a large wedding party and they were great. The service food and drink... so good! Sad to leave J.A but the memories of places like these make the trip worth every penny. Def pay the extra to have these privileges before you fly home. So worth it.

While waiting on a flight at Club Mobay in Sangster International Airport, we were taken care of by the most amazing group of employees, especially Christine. She was attentive, friendly and went out of her way to get us a non alcoholic version of their "Bob Marley" cocktail. She is an asset to this team. Thank you so much for helping make our wait at the airport enjoyable...PS, the vegetarian patties are delicious.

Has been refurbished and is now comfortable and appealing. Service and quality of food was very good.
