Knutsford Express

Starting to get disappointed with this service. Ever since the corona virus they are just getting sloppier. Buses arent on time anymore and customers are not told in advance of time changes. Thus I was left stranded in Montego Bay. Furthermore the website no longer works. Really disappointed.

Knutsford is the best way to get from one side to the next. Air conditioning, free water as you board, and a washroom and movies as well

Staff courteous, jovial & down to earth, transport, spacious convenient comfortable especially the double-decker, it's simply awesome

Good Day, I have used this service for quite a while and at first it was very efficient, i have been a patron from 2013 and I am very disappointed to be reporting your website is now useless can't event buy my own ticket any more it has become a dance with the computer mouse process. I called both numbers listed on your website one is out of order the other give me a voice mail message, Jamaica really! one more thing we cant get right wow so so dis appointed. 5/19/2019.
