Service was good and they have a wide variety of lightning at good price.

My 84 year, old recently widowed but extremely independent neighbour visited the Fairview store a couple of days ago and was directed upstairs by the security guard. She is very mobile but found the stairs a little difficult and was in some distress when she reached the top. She was stood for some minutes trying to catch her breath and was totally ignored by the staff there until she asked a young man who was hurrying by her, for help. He was very curt and impatient and made her feel as though she was a nuisance. The item she was looking for which had previously been bought from that store was not available and he was not prepared to find out if any of the other stores had them. She left without buying anything. My husband and I have had similar experiences in this store and you are lucky if you can get the staff to look up from their phones, or in depth conversations with their colleagues about important things such as what they did last night. Every question is met with a shoulder shrug, or a "I don't know", everything is too much trouble. We vowed never to set foot in this store again and now so has she, and her family and no doubt her many influential friends. This attitude is arrogant, shameful, ignorant and short sighted. You need to have a good look at what is going on at this store before you lose the reputation you have spent so long building.

Very wide selection of fixtures and bulbs. Solar water heaters are great too. Prices very reasonable.
