Service is just about average and the customer service needs to be improved. This hardware doesn't accept credit cards which is very disappointing and is the reason many individuals go to other hardwares such as Discount Hardware and Lumber. What is even more disappointing is the fact that there is no sign displayed to inform customers that they do not accept credit cards. So after waiting to be served and placing your order, you pop out a credit card only to be told that they do not accept credit cards. (shake my head) so sad.... So what if I wanted to make a two million dollars ($200,000) purchase? This place is only for small projects not for big construction.
