POSITIVE: Three stars because the menu is usually extensive and the food does taste pretty good. NEGATIVE: There is no organized structure to take u seamlessly from making your order to getting served. Usually the person who shouts the loudest or knws the employees to shout by name would most likely get served first. Also the wait time to be served is much too long. Person handling your food also handling money with no handwashing in between.
