Flow service is the worst services ever , they are thief as well . I have bees charged for HBO GO and home phone and other app which I wasn’t told that was apart of my bundle, then when I found out after 3 months I can’t use the services and each time call flow it takes hours upon hours for me to get to someone, when do get to someone to assist me, they can’t locate my acct so I have been push around to three or four agent before some can assist me , then they say I just need to wait until the next 3days to try again..... flow service is the worst

Strategic location, fast service

You cannot get to anyone ever. This the part I don't get if you push so much to advertise do the same in customer services my God.....
