Good service. Was not crowded. Food taste good and well made.

They only had spicy chicken and bbq wings. After waiting 30 minutes for them to prepare the chicken they served me the chicken and the drink with literally 3 pieces of fries.

The drive tru was horrible Sunday February 7,2021. They are taking order. Cashing and serving at the same window and the cashier is a mile away from window, she has to walk back and forth. Somebody need to tell management about floor layout and time and motion. I spent 50 minute in the drive tru and they only serve 5 customers over that period. Inefficiency killing us.

Food is good. Main issues would be no mackerel every day anymore (only 2 days) and they run out of sweet chilli sandwiches.

Mothers in santa cruz is one of the worst I have been the service there is poor. First bad experience is with the cashier can't get our orders right. This time the order is right the counter clerk messing up leaving off stuff giving the wrong item when clarify she didn't see it and it's with more than one order. Mess up one understandable but three different receipt that's bad
