My first time, the soup was great

Now this cow skin soup was worth the drive from Spaulding all the way down spur tree to junction. It was absolutely delicious , perfect consistency, unique flavor and to top it off you sit under a tree and have it with the cool breeze blowing through . A must stop on the food adventure!
