A lovely experience. I had a tour of the factory and saw the range of products produced. I was able to place orders for Mothers Day for my church. The turn around time for engraving was swift and I got exactly what I wanted. I am looking forward to many more purchases. 😊 I also loved how inclusive the factory operations were in terms of members of the deaf community who are employed there.
