The experience is very inconvenient especially for the last couple of months waiting in long lines. And got a debit card to facilitate making payment to my account, only to be told now they are going to cancel it because I receive it in error. Even though it's a savings account ...I dont have no money to withdraw...I only make a deposit every month. This is what I am being told....I waited over 2 hours for this process hoping to have it easier in making my payment next month. I do not favor this institution right now at all.

customer service is fantastic, and they always make me feel welcome ( call me by name whenever I visit the branch..

Time well spent being in there for long waiting period, because they make sure every individual business is well taken care,u come out well satisfied..💖💖

Good facility in a very convenient location however the facility is a bit small. I normally have a lengthy wait to get to customer service.
