This bank need to close long waiting no customer service nothing good to talk about are write about you go this bank when you have nothing to do because you are going to be there the whole day

I went to the Portmore pines branch on Tuesday to open an account. All they did was take my documents and told me they would call me within 24 hours with an account number. Today is Friday and I still haven’t been contacted. I’ve been calling from morning and after about two hours I have been linked to a gentleman who gave me a number saying that was my account number, it wasn’t sit right with me , so I called back another time which I get a female after giving her my details she told me that my account wasn’t open as yet. I’m confused. One thing I know, I’m not questioning this. Everything is for a reason.

Portmore Pines location. Workers can be any slower. I don’t think the worker know what they are doing. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I went there and stood outside for more than two hours people behind me just pass and the security guard let them in my feet started hurting so bad and even when I told him he turned a blind eye anyway the lady I spoke to in customer service she apologized and she was very pleasant 😊 to me but the waiting my God 😩

I have been here three times, not going to make it a fourth as the service at this branch is ridiculously slow. Not sure what the problem is, but it has been like this both previous times. The line for "persons with special needs" really needs serious attention as these persons should be attended far more quickly. I have issues with my back (degenerated disc) and after standing for an hour I was in a lot of pain. So I am asking whosoever is in charge to do something about the "customer service" asap. I am now in the line and it seems like I am about to finally reach the top of line after 90 mins. My back hurts pretty badly now and can't wait to leave. Thanks JN
