National Commercial Bank

What I want to know is how the branches isn't changing checks anymore. What they expect people todo especially for those ho don't know until they visit the bank with a check to change. Am new at the job and getting paid by NCB check. What am I todo with it now. This is stupidness

Safe and secured banking options available at NCB and I was able to do my transaction without any hassle

These tellers lack efficiency in their work. They seems to not care about customers any at all and I'm disgusted because my observation at other branches prove that they can work way much better!

Needs energizer battries to do their work faster very slow

Takes a very long time to get simple tasks done. Sometimes only 1 associate working to deal with bank accounts even when there is a large number of persons waiting. Waited for almost 2 hours for them to reach #96 and when I entered they were at # 85.
