Came into the Portmore branch today,first I must say the security guards at the door well trained and courteous. They handle the line outside so effectively. Unlike other places where the guards seem clueless. The ones I met today were awesome even when I was leaving they said have a great day,that's the type of service I would like to get used to whenever I walk into an establishment. Kudos to the com guards,continue to do your job effectively.
Some of the tellers are every nice the security at the door they are every nice
The worst customer service..attendants waste time and lock respect..branch management is lazy and lock appropriate management skills..security behavior is very condescending
Very very poor customer service on my first visit there. When asked to speak with a manager or supervisor which was standing there, I was told there is none available. I just wish they will realize that they don't need to just know how to collect money but also to offer good customer service. I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
I didn't know a branch could be more slow and lack customer service than the HWT branch until i went to the portmore branch. Went in and there was no indication as to which line was for the teller and which was for the money gram. The security didnt help. Therefore I had to rejoin another line. There were only 5 persons in front of me. Can you believe that it took 45 mins to get through with that amount of persons before me. Kmt
