A big thank you to Mr Hopeton Campbell, telephone customer care representative, who assisted me with money-line, today. He was very professional, courteous, patient and showed grace in flexibility while he must have been assisting additional customers too. Trust restored.

The staff is friendly. However, my last experience was a nightmare. I got the classic run around. None of the agents who attended to me had concrete or consistent information. I went to pick up a status letter and was told to wait. After waiting for some 10 minutes I joint the customer service line again. None of the agents knew where the letter was. I repeatedly told them I had called in before coming and was told it was ready for pick up. The letter was found when an agent casually turned around and picked up some papers. Then there was the requisition form and the $1350 deduction for the letter situation...In the end I had to redo a requisition form because I learnt that payment for a status letter has to be withdrawn from an investment account and not a savings account. It was so frustrating.

My first visit to the Portmore JMMB branch was amazing. I went there to open an account and the staffs were extremely friendly and polite. I did not have to wait long before someone attended to me. I was even offered coffee/tea.The customer service office made me feel as if i was apart of the JMMB family. Great experience!

Good customer service... surprising empty in the early morning I expect it gets packed as the day moves on

One of the best financial institutions in Jamaica. The staff is friendly and professional and ready and willing to help you in whatever way they can. The facilities are up to date and well maintained. Sometimes there may be a wait but there are newspapers, a television, free WiFi and a coffee station to make the wait a bit more comfortable.
