Very high tech lab, very professional staff and their customer service is also first class. They are very strategic in how you enter the building for a test by sticking strictly to the Covid protocols. If you fear being injected then the method used by them feel like a mosquito bite with the precision of finding your vein to collect samples for your test. I am recommending to them everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service, from the very first interaction with the female staff located under the tent on the outside of Allied facility. The entire team with which I interacted appeared warm and professional....Well done.

Customer service very lacking. Can you believe the technician jiggled the needle in my vein and was like oh no blood is coming. It was painful so I opened my hand and she basically blamed me because I didn't have a fist. Please note she never gave any instructions to make fist. Then she's like 'a wah is your first time'. I'm never going back.
