Monarch Pharmacy

This store lacks proper management. The employee at the door spraying sanitizer was unmasked and refused to put on his mask when I raised a concern. Same thing with the woman leaning on the counter. I asked for a manager. No response. I had to leave without getting what I needed. UPDATE: This happened today, Tuesday February 9, 2021 at the Sovereign Village in Portmore about midday.

Extremely poor service from the pharmacist , please spend your hard earned money where you are appreciated.

Courteous Staff and they have strict CoVid19 guidelines.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy need training. They have no customer service whatsoever! This is my third time coming here with this set of staff is horrible. I will not be using the service at the dispensary until those staff members do better.

A comfortable environment for browsing and shopping.. Professional staff with good customer service ethics..Keep it up..
