firstly let me say that this man-in MY opinion–ought NOT to be in business! He's RUDE, CURT and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My son and I arrived on property around 6/6:30, he put us in a room that was not to my liking for a PLETHORA of reasons, the main one being a TV that apparently needed a fire stick in order to work, he stood there for quite a while trying to fix it, called his son on the phone for help(because he knew absolutely NOTHING about operating it). At that point I became so annoyed I requested a refund, to which he replied "No, we don't do that here!" Now of course I began letting him have it verbally(no curse words of course), especially after watching him turn and walk OUT of the room while TELLING me that! He went on to say that I'd was MOST upset at such a displalreadyy "OCCUPIED" the room and as such I COULD NOT get my money back! By this time I was MOST upset!!! He later returned speaking with his son on the phone, got the TV turning, TURNED it on so my son could watch Alvin and the Chipmunks, BUT instead of LEAVING the remote control WITH us in the event we wanted to CHANGE the channel, the man TOOK IT WITH him!! The television kept stopping and each time the program ended, my 10 year old has to GO to him, at which time HE would be the one to COME with the remote and turn it back on*LoL*. In addition to that in going into the bathroom to have a shower the next morning, I realised there was cigarette ash on the same de of the bath, which told ME that smoking was allowed IN the rooms and again told me the room has NOT been properly CLEANER to facilitate the NEXT guest. I had a TERRIBLE stay there , and immediately left the next morning, didn't even stay until check-out time. I would recommend PERSONS, NOT to spend their money with this man AT ALL, yeah it may be a little CHEAP(which is probably why the service was matching) but IRS DEFINITELY not worthy! While in my room, there was talking ng over my head coming from HIS room...it was just a POOR experience for me. Take my advice and GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
