Customer service was excellent! The person who served me was accommodating and very patient while I took forever to decide. They allow you to sample the flavours before buying and that was a plus for me. I got the Valentine's Day special which was a Jack Daniels flavour and the Oreo with almond toppings. I liked my flavours. The toppings cost $100 each (my only grouse) but are free on Sundays. The size i got is usually $1300 but the Jack Daniels special was a little more expensive. My partner got a mix of Guinness and rum and raisin flavours. I like how there were very small pieces of raisins in it. It was good. It was a great experience. The gelato tastes just like icecream to me, maybe a little softer in texture though.

I was really excited to try here but that experience was ruined by the poor customer service received. The staff was so unwelcoming, impatient and it was evident that she was annoyed just being there. I tried to ask her questions about the products and she barely wanted to answer. However the place was clean and the ambience was adorable, the flavours are amazing and the taste is even better. Favourite flavours were the Coffee and the Guinness flavour. Overall Okay experience.

Went there on a random Tuesday evening for a sweet treat. The server was nice and allowed us time to select our orders. We were given several samples of the flavours on offer. The gelato us very smooth and creamy and the bubble waffle was warm and perfectly accented the gelato. Definitely give it a try if you're an ice cream lover.

THE BAR METHOD (01/02/2021)

Flavors are delicious and as of recently they expanded their display which means tons of flavors. My favorite is the bread pudding with the Bubble Cone (a waffle like cone that houses your gelato). If you aren't into very creamy deserts they also have sorbets e.g. pineapple. The staff are friendly and accommodating. For a long time they didn't have pizza available on their menu but now they do and I am already ready to purchase. Its definitely a pricey treat but it's worth trying even once because you are paying for the experience and novelty.
