100% do not go here for a wax. The lady who did the wax seemed to truly not know what she was doing. There was no use of powder before, no cleaning of the area, none of the usual practices. None. Wax was dripping everywhere. Wax was on places that it was not supposed to be because there was no care taken in ensuring it did not go everywhere.

Very poor customer service. The owner has no sense of customer service AT ALL. I called to complain of gross unprofessionalism in terms of miscommunication with prices. This is not the first but SECOND time it's happening where you will get one price when u book an appointment and when you reach there is another price. I was nearly embarrassed today because me never have the money and had to go draw it and come back. Then when I called the owner she had the audacity to argue with me and would barely let me speak. And her sense of remorse is very sarcastic and rude. Never going back. However, my hairstylist Shanice was a gem and was very apologetic ( this incident had nothing to do with her). I suggest they take a page from her book

Fast service and friendly staff. Good job. 👍🏼 Also, you don't need to make an appointment. They take walk-ins.

I did not receive a warm welcome. I purchased a coupon in Gustazo and the Mani pedi was not done well. When it was done the nails had obvious show of dirt. The pedi cuticles were not sufficiently removed. Bottom my feet were prickly because they were not properly soaked and scrubbed. In no time the technician was finished. The massage...oh my gosh. I felt like I was being punished for going to get a destressing massage. I was this short of telling the masseuse to stop! Everything went wrong for that visit. We were not impressed.
