Fairly good place to do business because you may find what you need to construct your sewage system. However, their customer service need serious improvement. When you go there to know exactly what you need because their assistance will be limited. You get the impression, It's all about the dollar to spend, just the cold attitude.

I went with a friend, the office was small, so we had to wait outside until someone came out and then I was the only one who could go in, because it was a 2 person only limit. We approached a gentleman who came out of the office for some info. He tried to help somewhat but eventually passed me off to a young lady in the office. She was assisted somewhat and gave us brochures. Then went to deal with another client. We were basically left to look at brochures so we took that as a hint and left. We will be back because the prices weren't bad.
