I am definitely closing my account and am not being bias! I am not a fan anymore customer service is poor!

Terrible place to do business. I spent hours waiting and waiting to be attended to then finally when I was attended to and tried to close the account they made me wait more. I started the process of closing my account around 6 months ago, filled out paper works and was to receive a transfer in my bank account of the funds I have in there they claimed. To this day I still have not received a penny. I told them I was travelling and needed it closed but it seemed they were simply happy I was leaving to rob me my savings as I haven't even heard from them. Terrible banking institution.

This credit union is the worst for processing mortgage assistance loans. They do not clearly outline all the documents you will need at the start of the transaction which eventually makes you feel like you're on a merry-go-round. They make purchasing a home even more stressful than it has to be. Ive started to repay a loan that Im not benefiting from and thanks to the dreadful loan officer, the home i wanted to buy has now been sold. Word to the wise, seek out more concise and helpful counsel because they dont care enough to help their customers. #f-in irritated!

Definitely the worst place to do business. The loan officer is a liar and is unhelpful and will not do as was promised. People take your business elsewhere.
