They are extremely slow. Even after getting there early you’ll still finish business after midday.

If you have any other duties to attend to on errand day. Don't go to NCB Portmore. You will waste your time waiting. Even though covid has impacted us all, them move slower than what's really necessary.

Portmore branch's reopening on Friday 4/24/2020 was not properly planned by its management team. Apart from the line going to the cash machines in the lobby, social distancing wasn't evident in the senior citizens' and branch services lines. It was chaos as seniors stood for 3 or more hours to be let into the service areas. No sign of the branch manager or team leaving their ivory tower to see the chaos outside to learn how to address the problems in the future. Today, Saturday, 4/25/2020, branch services were not open but many were in line to use the cash machine. There were so many that customers had to form a double line. While social distancing was practiced in front of and behind each other, the double line meant that customers walking in the opposite direction were right next to another person. So, social distancing was in vain.
