The People's Medical Complex

I’m back in good health, no thanks to this place. After having an allergic reaction to something I ate I went to this facility accompanied by my Aunt ,with the hope that I would receive medical attention . Since the curfew was in effect not a lot of places were open and so my mom called and explained the situation and was advised that I could come in to get medical attention . After going through the process of giving general information to the receptionist and waiting for about 25 minutes I was directed to a treatment room (during this time I was having difficulties breathing and swallowing due to swelling in the throat). While in the treatment room members of staff were debating on the outside on which persons to treat first instead of just attending to a patient. My aunt decided to respectfully confront one of the staff members to ask what was happening at which point she was insulted by an aggressive female member of staff , who stated that she should not be asking any questions . After responding to this unprofessional staff member a male who appeared to be the doctor came out and also started to argue in a disrespectful tone..they then told us that we needed to leave and that there was nothing wrong with me and we were lying ( which does not make sense as lying would benefit us in no way at all). We left to seek medical attention else where before the swelling got any worse and blocked off my airway. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking medical attention especially in the case of an emergency. The staff members are very unprofessional ,lack basic communication skills and need to be Re trained .
