I've always been a customer of Pastry Passions the texture and flavour of their cakes are next to none. But their communication and overall customer servicd to ensure my expectations for my son's birthday cake was met was superb.

Customer service was great. Staff interaction with me was really good.

This place was recommended to me, I ordered what was meant to be a specially designed cake for my mum's birthday. I was disappointed after waiting for an hour for this cake. In the end, I asked for a refund and which the compromise was to patch up the cake and give me the difference to the cost of red velvet cake. I wish I had not even bothered. The casher and other staff apologised, but I was too disappointed

Their slices were huge! Tasted delicious, pricing was reasonable, customer service not so wonderful. Guess we can't have it all as customers 🤷🏽‍♀️
