Dance class with Stephen Cornwall was awesome
Awesome trainer! He gives nutritional advice, work out schedule and he is annoying in the best way. lol. He calls/text to ensure you are sticking to the agreement. Lost healthy weight within first couple months.

This gym is home away from your own home, zero hype, zero judgement. It's all about getting everyone healthy.......I LOVE every bit of Mattocks Fitness and Mark Mattocks is excellent at what he does, plus an extra bonus as he is a certified nutritionist.
