Bought 1/2 pork and festivals. The only good thing about the pork was that it was tender. The food was cold and the pork didn't taste like jerk. Pork wasn't cooked properly. Less than ideal experience.

Disappointing. Just bought a 1/2lb of jerk pork for my son and a 1/4 jerk pork for myself. More than half of what we were given was fat. And the pork was not well cooked. Had always been a favourite of mine when I stay at a nearby hotel. No longer.

Just what the doctor ordered! Tried the pork, chicken, sausage and a side of peas & rice. ( I was starving!) They were all really good, but the pork seemed to be the standout. The yellow pepper sauce was fiendishly good.
