Firstly to access this branch you have to and i repeat have to climb the stairs there is no wheel chair access also at any given time of the day you can see a long line on the outside of this entity to go in the place is small and seemingly uncomfortable the customer service is atrocious from the security placed on the outside to all but 1 of the 3 cashiers on duty inside. The security inside has no clue what is going on as people are constantly cutting the line mind you some person do go outside and come back in for their place in the line but the rate of cut in is rather ridiculous and leads to alot of arguments. This is the worst western union I have come across so far.
