Booked the bridal suite for my niece and the room was dirty. Floor wasn't mopped. Furniture old and worn. Wall need a fresh coat of paint. Customer service wasn't available to assist with your complaints.
Breakfast menu lacked variety. Cold tea was served. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
Suite need to upgrade to a more modern style especially the bathroom need to fix up.
I love this place it is so butifull
It’s the way the hotel doesn’t care about the comfortability of the guests for me.
No WiFi as others have mentioned and they generally do not care to fix it. All they’ll say is go get your own WiFi. It takes a very long time to get them to provide basic amenities example fridge or microwave (on the rental properties). After paying both rent and security deposit you still have to pay to use the washing machine(it doesn’t come with a dryer). So you dry your clothes yourself or wash with your hands if you don’t want to keep paying.
And yet they keep forcing people to sign extended leases when they KNOW they have no intention of putting your comfort first.
Bushes are overgrown leading to lots of mosquitoes, grasshoppers and frogs waiting at the doorstep.
As someone who has been renting property from people for a long time this has to be my worst experience with a landlord/building manager.
So no, I won’t be recommending.
Not a bad place... but needs a bit of improvement. Staff was good . Overall it's an ok place.
