Bridge Palm Hotel

I should have known not to book this place from my first encounter telephone with Mrs Johnson. She was very rude and have an obnoxious attitude but I needed a venue after my first venue canceled on me. The venue is very beautiful from the picture and I was very impressed with it. I was told to come in as soon as possible to make a down payment to secure the hall and the date that I wanted so we did that and it was back in August 2020. My wedding was in February. A week before the wedding I was told that the hall that I made a down payment on and the garden as well was given to another person because they have a bigger wedding and that their wedding would starting the same time as mine. In fact, she had three weddings booked for the same day. What should have been my special day was ruin by Mrs Johnson and her greed. The other wedding was located right behind mine with a wooden fence as partition and their DJ and music was overpowering my mine. I also selected the package where my guest could select 2/3 meats however only 2 preselected meat were served and no one could give us an answer as why. Think twice before booking this place. Not to mention, their room are run down; no door for the bathroom, no running water in the toilet or wifi in the rooms.

Its good it has a nice bar food taste nice and they do activites like weddings birthday parties and more and can even stay at a hotel room it pretty good

They ruined my wedding, if you can find somewhere else do so. Poor management and no one cared enough to offer me a formal apology for the inconvenience and incompetence. I'm so hurt and disappointed. Wish I could give a zero rating
