I didn't receive good customer service..... I went from 4 30 the cake should be picked up at 5 and when it was like 5 30 the cake wasn't there at yet the manager looked like she didn't care it was jus surprising of how they treat they customers

I absolutely love the customer service here. The moment I approached the door to enter I was met with a smile and greeting from an employee who also opened the door for me to enter and when I was leaving as well. The service was fast and the other staff members were courteous and friendly. I got my order of a cake and of course the quality of it was superb as usual. In this moment I was proud to be Jamaican to know there is quality customer service in businesses here, still alive. I enjoyed my experiences at this branch.

Place was good. I went to get some bread rolls and the line was outside however it was quickly moving and the young woman at the cashier moved very quickly.
