They are very responsive. Customer service on point and the food!!!!! Absolutely mouth watering and SPICY!! Seasoned to perfection, cooked with absolutely car and precision. I have never ordered a meal I did not enjoy; and I have ordered a good amount from the menu. You cannot regret the decision you will make to order from Red Claw Bar. Convenient, accommodating and timely. Yes it is a absolute 5 for me!! If you want cons - their packaging is not always branded🤣🤣🙈 🤷🏽‍♀️ That is all I could think of. Seriously though, if you are not someone who can deal with a spicy meal, please tell them when you are ordering or you will be in for a wild ride.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food is DELICIOUS! We really loved the lobster, shrimp, and king crab. The only issue was the wait time... we opted for delivery and the food took about 2 hours to arrive despite extensive pre-planning. But again, food was great, and Camille was very courteous.

FOOD SHOTTTTTT!!! Almost got lost on the way there 😅 but it was well worth it. First, we (sis and I) ordered via whatsapp and were given a specific time to collect it. We got there right on time to find a home based business operated by a well organized team......and our food was already waiting for us! After all that driving we dug right in on the spot. Masa, I'm not a big fan of seafood but wen mi seh di food nice BELIEVE MI seh it did NICCCCCE! Food was a perfect blend of seasonings and sauces! Our plates were well HEAVY and cooked to perfection - firm potatoes, soft sweet corn, sausages, nuff nuff nuff nuff shrimp (dem dont count shrimps), nuff nuff crayfish too and succulent crabs! Yum Yum! VALUE FOR MONEY MI SEH! Red Claw Bar will definitely be getting our money again. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu 😋

Their seafood is the best in Portmore.
