BAP Wireless Portmore Mall

I visited the Portmore mall store sometime last year and the customer service was amazing. Ever since then, whatever phone gadget I needed I visited BAP. However, today I visited the Portmore mall store once more to purchase a tempered glass and the service provided was beyond horrible. The young lady who applied the glass to my phone's screen had no idea what she was doing, she even stated that with the glass the phone case I had wouldn't work (the case worked perfectly fine after the glass was applied). After leaving the store, I notice that there was a "rainbow residue" left on the screen so naturally I went back to store for assistance because I was concerned. The young man who was at the store told me that there was no rainbow residue on the phone and that it was perfectly fine - I had clearly seen the thing with my own eyes. He then proceeded to properly wipe down the screen, I left once more thinking that with the wipe down the screen would now be fine. Again, I saw the rainbow residue, I went back and asked for them to remove it and then reapply since I believed that the phone's screen hadn't been properly dried before the tempered glass had been applied. The young man completely ignored me for 15 minutes and after he decided to provide some assistance, he rudely explained that he wasn't seeing the residue so obviously it's not there and to appease me, when he removes it to prove himself correct it will be useless reapplying the glass. Both the young man and young lady withheld my receipt (I had my debit card receipt so I wasn't too put off by this) and even pointed out that there's no warranty on the glass. I then proceeded to thank them for their lovely customer service and left. After getting home and doing my own research on why the residue was left on the screen I came to the conclusion that it was just probably the brand of glass. The entire situation could've been handled way better if I had been educated. Point: I will never use BAP again and based on the type of persons BAP currently has working for them, I'm sure nothing will come of this.

They were friendly I got what I needed in a jiffy, best part it was real good stuff that they are selling got my original charger and cable there

The staffs are wonderful. Best customer service in jamaica. And they never let me down with regards to products as well. They always have everything I want. Thank you guys for an extraordinary experience!!!
