I visited the location minutes ago to purchase a roll of black Lydia crochet thread. I placed the item by the cashier and removed my purse from my bag and waited for the individual who happened to have a tag labeled " K. Brown" on her chest, to cash the item. The cashier and two (2) other female employees stared blankly at me. An elderly lady placed her item before mine and the cashier proceeded to complete her purchase. I figured it must be some form of senior citizen courtesy so I was not upset. I believed she would cash my item next. I counted backwards under my breath from 10 to 1. Still no cashing after counting. Then a young man appeared and began asking the employees for some advice. At that point, I said to myself, "What the f$*k?!", then left without the item. So 1 star from me. The only positive was the young lady who assisted me with locating the price of the item prior to going to the cashier.
