Worst Customer Experience. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Yap is very unpleasant and is only interested in selling her bogus sulfur based skincare.

Worst experience ever. Set an appointment with Dr. Yap & it was one hour late. She didn’t even analyze my skin, just proceeded to sell her products as they “give results”. When I brought up problems, the solution was her products & not any in depth breakdown by her. She kept cutting our conversation short in order to look after another patient. Atrocious customer service & price range. Was sold products without my knowledge. Save yourself and don’t waste your time or money. Honestly disappointed.

Worst customer service they have no tact it’s almost as if you are begging these people who have no communication skills. Change your front line staff or your business will suffer. Distasteful
