ATL Unbeatable

I was pleased with the purchases I made. Top of the line appliances and equipment available. The layout, flow and feel of the store feels very dated though. Hardly any space to maneuver between small short isles. The staff is much less friendly compared to the bouge branch but that aside.....they were pleasant in conversation.

Really good staff customer service

AVOID buying anything from this company! POOR customer service!! Still waiting on my money back!! Never again!! They are quick to collect your money but claim they don't issue cash refunds even if you pay in cash!! I was missed sold a product at no fault of my own, I returned the product and they advise me to take the product home and they will send out an engineer to look at it. I waited over two weeks, no communication from this company or from their so call engineer. I had to visit the store again , they told me to leave the product with them and they will issue me a cheque (even though I paid in cash ! US dollars to be exact) which will be ready for collection in two weeks time. Again no communication from them to let me know if the cheque is ready. I returned to the store a third time and demanded a refund in cash because at this point I'm frustrated especially during this Covid times and wasted money on transportation. They told me a cheque was available but $4,000 JMD less because i need to pay a repackaging fee even though the product is in good working condition. At this point as you can imagine I ran out of patience. I spoke to a manager who was no help! All that was offered was the money to be paid in my account directly which I still haven't received and NO COMMUNICATION AGAIN! This ATL Unbeatable company is a complete joke. At this point I will contact my lawyer.

The staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Prices here are hit or miss... Some things are priced reasonably but others are way overpriced. The best reason to buy here is that they provide warranty and service for their products.
