If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you’re thinking about buying a life insurance policy with this company, LOOK ELSEWHERE. My mother passed 10 months ago and my father and I have been going back and forth with this company for almost 9 months now. After providing all the documents they asked for and being told everything was on the right track, they continue to come up with new reasons to not honor the policy. We’ve been communicating with the head office and multiple employees in the OCHO RIOS BRANCH and STILL they refuse to honor the policy.

Five people are allowed in the customer service area at any one time, ur temperature is taken then ur hands sanitized afterwards the receptionist direct u to ur specified area.

The customer service is good and all the covid 19 protocols are in place. The wait time was like five minutes
