Simanda Villa

Customer service was okay but just barely. Almost the entire hotel was run down and old fashioned. Had to wait about twenty minutes when checking in for the concierge to go do something....maybe freshen up the room. Showerhead was broken off when I checked in. I requested it to be fixed, left , car back hours later and there was no change. No curtains, no towels, old, lumpy pillows and almost no parking

A setup for minimalists that just wants a nice clean place to crash but nothing fussy on a budget.

The costumer service there is great, an view it's also great.

Stayed here @SimandaVilla a few times and love the place and staff,stayed with family and the enjoy the hospitality and nice clean rooms ,very close proximity to various attractions and ochi rios town about 8 mins away. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be back again soon
