I have to give it up to them for always being consistent at every location.
They must have gotten the same level of training for all staff, its rear to go to a branch and see the consistency follows. I think they have made it their mission to provide the worst service throughout. 👏
I don't like when l go to Sugar and Spice anywhere and they don't have sliced cake. After all that is my only reason for going there! I will drive for miles for Sugar and Spice plain cake. This day was the first in months l went to Barbican and sliced vanilla cake was to be had. 3 stars.
Oh what poor service at this location....i will not go back....rude staff
Always clean and patties are always hot
The wait was longer than expected, but the service was great and inside is big enough that I didn't have to wait outside. The staff was pleasant.
