DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS BANK....IF THERE ARE FRAUDULENT CHARGES THEY WILL TREAT YOU AS THIEVES AND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU JUSTICE!!!!!! You have been warned

This is one of the slowest CIBC FirstCaribbean bank that I have been to. Unlike the others there is no deposit line and most of the bank is used for customer service processing on the ground floor. So one can expect to wait while doing your banking activities. Parking is also a big challenge. The staff is friendly and helpful for the times that I have been there.

I recently open a account with you guys and to be honest y’all are worst then ncb. I was told to wait 2-3 weeks for a Visa card and it’s been two months and nothing. Each time I go by the bank it’s the same story it soon come it come wait. I’ve been wait way to long.

Whatever happen to single transaction line why do I have to wait 30 minutes or more to deposit some cash... No cash deposit box for people who dont have an account with them... Just plain inconvenient...I have asked why and they know it is inconvenient and don't care...they out right don't cater to people who want to use their service

Today I waited in line until I thought my back was twisted......just to cash a cheque 😐😑
