There needs to be an adjustment made on your sites of the new closing times, specifically for the drive thru tellers. Just went to Liguanea Branch and turned away as got there at 2:32 pm. Signs online still saying 3:00 pm and couldn't get through on the phone to confirm the new times.

I waited from 9am to 12 mid-day to update my account. I got frustrated and just closed the account. Not worth the stress. Staff members are slow and inefficient. The security guards at the door are more organized than the tellers and CSRs in the bank!

Issues with salary deduction. An specific amount was deducted twice and shows on my pay slip however it does not reflect on my VMBS account. I spoke to 2 different managers and they could not account for the money deducted. Bare in mind I have salary deductions with other banks and they have received the amount deducted. VMBS appears to have a glitch when it comes to salary deduction. I have waited 1 month and the issue is not yet resolved. I totally would not recommend VMBS to anyone.

In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Facility is understaffed and customer service is poor
