Great ambiance, usual Starbucks fare Love the art on the wall though.. For a company where you generally expect the look to be globally consistent, seeing Jamaican icons highlighted is refreshing. Not sure if they offer blue mountain coffee as well (I think you probably just get their generic Arabica blend), but that would be the icing on the cake The staff, in my many experiences have always been friendly, polite and helpful

My visit was a good experience. The cashier was in high spirits, very helpful and courteous. I don't remember the name of my order but it was a part of a list of drinks to try. It was mint and chocolate. It was okay, just not my taste. One thing to add, it is freezing inside the store- WAY too cold.

Friendly staff who were curtious in greeting and retrieving our order. This location has sufficient space to use their sitting are and wifi access. Quite attractive and corona's social distancing observation.

Definitely my favourite Starbucks in Jamaica. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They love making items from the secret menu and are willing to offer suggestions if you don't know what you're in the mood for. I'm including pictures of their COVID-19 updates posted on the door (updated opening hours, store safety precautions as well as how to order online from the Waterloo, New Kingston, Doctor's Cave and Liguanea locations) as well as the board inside with order suggestions.
