The customer service offered to me by Ms "Latty" Harvey was exceptional. From my first call in enquiry about owning a motor vehicle; to finding the ideal car; negotiating a loan agency; to getting my insurance; and even subsequent to acquiring my motor vehicle--Ms Harvey was there every step of the way. The service offered to me truly deserves a six star rating. The quality of my motor vehicle is as good as a new vehicle. Excellent work ATL Approved Pre-Owned.

Inspect vehicles thoroughly before making a purchase. They will likely keep them dirty which hides imperfections. Service is SKETCHY to say the least. ATL is not in the business of losing money to make you happy. MAXIMUM profit first, customer somewhere down the line of priority. Buying a pre-owned vehicle in Jamaica is a great risk in itself.

I bought a car from ATL pre owned that had an issue. The manager promised he would order the parts and get it fixed. For the next 5 months, the manager kept giving me excuses and eventually started avoided my calls. I got fed up of waiting and paid for the issue to be fixed myself at a mechanic. I regret buying my car from these people. Because of how bad the experience was, when my father wanted a new car a few months later, we imported it ourselves from Singapore. Waiting on a car to come from halfway across the world was more pleasant than dealing with this dealership
