Bought a wig where the closure was over plucked leaving what looked like a bald spot. Took a picture and sent it to the owner and the response I got was "all units come like that" (I see the units she wears and posts, they do not like like that). The fact that I genuinely just wanted a solution instead of resorting to posting a negative review apparently wasn't enough.
