I lost 40 pounds back in 2015 and I have continued to use the principles and lessons to maintain my weight. It is a personalised system, with coaches who are always ready to assist. I was able to finally understand how different foods affected me (Healthy and unhealthy), at different times of the day. I recommend this system to anyone who wants to finally change their lifestyle and lose weight during the process.

The sunset filled the entire sky with the deep color of rubies, setting the clouds ablaze. The waves crashed and danced along the shore, moving up and down in a graceful and gentle rhythm like they were dancing. The painting was a field of flowers, with deep and rich blues and yellows atop vibrant green stems that seemed to beckon you to reach right in and pick them. The old man was stooped and bent, his back making the shape of a C and his head bent so far forward that his beard would nearly have touched his knobby knees had he been just a bit taller. His deep and soulful blue eyes were like the color of the ocean on the clearest day you can ever imagine. The soft fur of the dog felt like silk against my skin and her black coloring glistened as it absorbed the sunlight, reflecting it back as a perfect, deep, dark mirror.

30lbs melted away in record time. Didn't even realise how much I'd lost and how my body had changed until people started commenting. That's when I noticed my clothes were no longer fitting and how much slimmer I looked. I was so into the lifestyle change that it was only when I saw a new photo of myself that the transformation registered. Recommended for those serious and ready for a change. Warning...don't buy new clothes until goal reached or close...the effect is more dramatic. Best part is sharing stories during the journey with others. We are never alone. Thanks ITK
