Not like it used to be 15 years ago. Staff assisting on the floor is great. Stock is extensive and of good quality and prices. I just don't like the layout and presentation of goods. I mean, Half Way Tree is up-town - so let the store have the up-town look and feel. Will stick with them though because they generally have something to solve my needs.
